  • Q: What does your event staff wear?
  • A: Our front of the house wait staff and bar staff wear black pants and tuxedo shirts with bow ties. Utility and kitchen crews wear either black or khaki pants with After the Affair tees or white button down shirts.

  • Q: Is your event staff trained?
  • A: All bar and wait staff attend a comprehensive orientation session before being accepted into our staff roster. We conduct quarterly training sessions for specific event staff roles and to provde refreshers on our customer service policies and procedures.
